Product Purchased from an Authorized EZQuest Reseller:
Product purchased from an authorized EZQuest reseller may be returned within 30 days of purchase
to the reseller and is subject to the terms and conditions of the reseller. Contact the reseller directly
for return instructions.
Product Purchased Directly from EZQuest
Product purchased directly from EZQuest may be returned for refund or exchange, excluding any
shipping charges, within 30 days from purchase date. To return an item you must call Customer
Service at (714) 666 1716 to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. All merchandise
returned to EZQuest must be shipped in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with all
cables and power supplies, documents and etc.. If you do not have the original packaging, call
Customer Service to request packaging. A nominal fee and shipping will be charged for the delivery
of this packaging. Ship RMAs to EZQuest pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship
via a traceable method such as UPS or FedEx. EZQuest is not responsible for lost or damaged
packages.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA#
If any of the above conditions are not met, EZQuest reserves the right either to refuse the return or to
charge a restock fee of not less than 25%.
Note: The amount refunded by EZQuest for items returned to the company within 30 days of purchase
is at the sole discretion of EZQuest and is dependant on the condition of the items returned.
LIMITED WARRANTY
All EZQuest product comes with one year limited warranty, except the Pro Audio/Video with two year
limited warranty and the Pro Studio as well as the Thunder Pro A/V comes with three year limited
warranty. EZQuest Inc. warrants your product against any defect in material and workmanship, under
normal use, for the designated warranty period. EZQuest is not responsible for data loss for any
reason and we recommend to back up data at regular intervals. If the product should become
defective within the warranty period, EZQuest, will at its discretion, repair or replace the product.
Repair or replacement parts or products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be either
new or reconditioned. All replaced parts or products shall become the property of EZQuest.
This warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse or as a
result of unathorized service or parts. Warranty service is available to the purchaser by obtaining a
Return Material Authorization number (RMA) and by delivering the product during the warranty period
to an authorized EZQuest service facility or to EZQuest. Our factory warranty is to the original
purchaser and cannot be transferred. The purchaser shall bear all shipping, packing and insurance
costs and all other costs, excluding parts and labor, necessary to effectuate repair, replacement or
refund under this warranty. All returned product must be shipped to EZQuest in the original shipping
container.

IN THE EVENT A PRODUCT BECOMES DEFECTIVE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, THE PURCHASER’S
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED ABOVE. INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM BREACH
OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ARE NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EZQUEST INC. AND, TO THE
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED BOTH FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND TO THE EXTENT
NOT UNCONSCIONABLE, FOR PERSONAL INJURY DAMAGE.
