SHIPPING POLICIES ACROSS THE WORLD:

TO ORDER FROM EZQUEST:
Make sure EZQuest is provided your complete Ship to Address including Zip Code, Destination Phone Number and any special instructions such as, " May leave at front Door", etc. Note: PO Boxes are unacceptable.

SHIPPING TIMES:
Standard products: Within 48 Hours
Special Items: Within 72 Hours

FOR CALCULATING YOUR SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are dictated from your selected mode of transportation and options and their respective Weights. Weights can be found in their respective Specs and will be rounded up to the nearest next full pound.

RETURNS POLICY:
All purchases should be inpected immediately upon receipt. In the event of Damage, and/or missing components, Claims for such, must be received within Two (2) business days from receipt of those item(s).

EZQuest values its relationship with our customers and therefore stands behind a Returns Policy for all products purchased directly from EZQuest. Accordingly, under the applicable Returns Policy, there may be a Credit, or Refund less Handling and Shipping and a 25% Restocking Fee.

All Hardware, Accessories, Peripherals and Software that is unopened and still in its/Sealed Package, or if delivered electronically that has not been downloaded, may be returned within Fifteen (15) days from the date of the concerned Packing Slip/Invoice for a Credit, or Refund of the repective Purchase Price(s) paid, less Handling and Shipping and Restocking Fee of 25%.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number from calling (714) 694-0031, X220, or e-mail address rma@ezq.com.

Defective items may be repaired, or exchanged at EZQuest discretion for same or manufactureers equivalent model only.

EZQuest is not responsible for any personal Data, or items left in any returned items.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL:
EZQuest reserves the right to refuse any return if any of the Policies set out hereforth, are not fully met, and including Customers avoidance of the 25% Restocking Fee. However, at EZQuests option less than a 25% Fee may be acceptable.

Credits and/or Refunds, if paid by Credit Card(s) will be applied to the concerned Credit Card(s).

WARRANTIES:
Note that all Warranties are governed by EZQuest. Some products carry Two (2) Year Warranties, whereas, other products carry minimum 1 Year Warranties. For a Fee payable to EZQuest, Inc. Warranty Terms may be extended.
