EZQuest respects and supports all customer rights to know how their Data is processed and treated overall. At no time is your Data passed on to any entity without your expressed authorization. Absolutely no one except EZQuest, concerned parties and yourself has access to your files.

However, if there are changes to Customers status as to address, phone number, fax number, and/or e-mail address(s) those customers must take it upon themselves to so advise EZQuest so that all concerned Files are maintained in a correct and up to date mode at all times.

Under no circumstances is Customer Data rendered to outside parties for financial gains, and/or profit motives.

All Data stored under the respective Customers Account Number and would be accessed for Purchase Order History, Invoicing against new transactions, and RMA activities. The customer files also lend themselves to EZQuest being able to update those customers of changing and new technologies coming On Line.

EZQuest customer Files are its Lifeblood to success!, therefore the better and most reliable the Customer data, the better EZQuest can perform to its customers expectations.
